Hypnix is not available for independent use under 13. Onboarding stops after the age-band response and does not proceed to detailed student-profile collection.

Hypnix does not claim verified parental consent. A guardian information page is not a substitute for a legally reviewed, verifiable consent system.

Accounts are marked as minors, profiles are private by default, targeted advertising is disabled, and public exposure of legal names, emails, and avatars is restricted.

A parent or counsellor involvement preference may be stored, but it does not automatically grant account access.

Community users must not share identifying information, private documents, harassment, doxxing, fraudulent credentials, or unsafe contact requests. Community reports are restricted to authorized moderation review.

Minors and families can request deletion or export and can report safety concerns through the contacts below.
