Terms of Use

These terms set the operating boundaries for using Hypnix. They should receive professional legal review before public launch.

Educational guidance only

Hypnix provides educational planning and organizational assistance. It does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a visa, a test score, an award, publication, or any application result.

Official sources override Hypnix. Users must verify deadlines, eligibility rules, fees, test-centre availability, university requirements, application instructions, and submission status with the responsible institution or provider.

AI and truthful applications

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Hypnix is not a lawyer, immigration adviser, school counsellor, university, test provider, or official admissions office.

Users must not fabricate achievements, documents, grades, scores, awards, publications, recommendation letters, transcripts, financial records, identities, or application materials. Hypnix may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, harassment, unsafe automation, or attempts to compromise the service.

Payments, subscriptions, and referrals

Hypnix Premium is offered at $20 per month through Whop with no free trial at launch. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, affiliate attribution, and commissions are processed under the applicable Whop checkout and membership records.

A checkout success page does not itself grant Premium. Access is granted only after a verified provider entitlement or signed webhook. Affiliate or referral metadata never grants access and may not be manipulated through self-referral or fraudulent transactions.

Liability and support

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hypnix is not responsible for decisions made by universities, governments, testing organizations, scholarship bodies, payment providers, or other third parties, or for losses caused by relying on unverified or outdated information.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Because applicable consumer and minor-protection rules vary, these terms remain subject to professional legal review.
